Safety certificates
We provide landlords/homeowners the following certificates to keep their properties safe and to regulations:
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
An inspection to check the safety and condition of all electrical installations, circuits and fittings in a property.
It is legally required that all landlords get these completed every 5 years and recommended for homeowners every 10 years.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
An inspection to check the safety of all electrical appliances within a property.
Although not a legal requirement, it is recommended these are completed every 2 years for smaller appliances and every 4 years for larger appliances. If you are a landlord, it is recommended these are completed before a new tenant moves in.
Fire Alarm Safety Inspections
An inspection to check the condition and functionality of the smoke alarm detection in your property. We check to make sure the alarms in the property are adequate, in date and in working order.
