RIPPLE ELECTRICALS’ STORY
Ripple Electrical Services was opened in August 2020 in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The directors, Connor and Dannii, felt there was a real lack of family run electrical companies in the South East and set out to open a unique, personable business which delivers a different customer experience compared to other companies. Since opening, Ripple have expanded their team and are well established with landlords, housing associations, letting agents and homeowners.

Connor Sofocleous
Company Director
Connor started his electrical career at the age of 17 years old. Over the years, he has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field that he has been able to share with his team and customers. His years of experience and his great aptitude for his work have also allowed him to develop an intuition for predicting the complexities and challenges of any electrical project, which has helped him in steering his company towards effective problem-solving before they arise. Connor is always striving to learn and improve his skills to provide his clients with the best service. He frequently attends courses to acquire more qualifications. His strong attention to detail and his ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems has led to numerous successful projects over the years. Connor produces nothing but quality workmanship means he is well-respected by his clients and peers alike. He is a dependable Electrical Director who adds value to his company.
Danni Sawyer
Company Director
Dannii’s career started in administrative roles where she developed a strong set of organisational and communication skills. Her hard work and commitment to excellence, set her on the path to a leadership role, where she is now a director of an electrical company. Despite not having an electrical background, Dannii’s ability to absorb new information along with her customer service and attention to detail has allowed her to excel in her role. She has a real talent for using her initiative, combining her administrative background with electrical engineering principles and building strong, professional relationships with customers and client. Her knowledge, coupled with her strong business acumen has made her a valuable member of the team and a key contributor to the company’s continued growth and success.
Ripple Electrical have been absolutely fantastic taking lead on our electrical work since the beginning of this year; covering the area of Kent whenever one of our tenants need help. Dannii and Connor are two of the most reliable people we have had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend Ripple Electrical Services. Recently used them to conduct an electrical inspection for a property we purchased – the team was responsive, professional and trustworthy. I appreciated their advice regarding critical repairs and the issues which were not a risk and OK to leave ‘as is’. Ripple installed an EV charger and a couple of sockets in our garage. Quick, tidy and a great finish. Very happy with the work and would recommend.
Connor and his team installed some lights in my extension and changed my fuseboard the week before. I cannot say anything more than work was outstanding. A delight to work with, professional, clean, tidy and knowledgeable. We have had challenges finding a good electrician and company.
